Payment options
Everyone deserves a healthy smile. At Peter J. Pellittieri, DMD, we believe that financial constraints shouldn’t stop you from getting a healthy mouth.
We offer a variety of payment choices, including cash, check and credit card. We also offer payment plans and third-party financing options that fit your budget.
Dental insurance
We participate with Excellus BlueCross/BlueShield and accept most other dental insurance.
As a courtesy, we will gladly process your insurance claims and estimate the amount covered by your insurance in advance.
The remaining balance is ultimately the responsibility of the patient. Your estimated co-pay and/or deductible for treatment is due on the day of service,
unless previous financial arrangements have been made.
Financial policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Patient balances after 30 days will be charged a finance fee. In regards to dental insurance, you, as the patient,
are always responsible for any charges that are not covered by insurance.
